Who we are
Nexlantic Technologies (“Nexlantic”, “we”, “us”) is a custom software development company. Our headquarters are at 708 3rd Ave, New York, NY 10017, United States, and our engineering office is at Street 97, G-11/3, Islamabad, Pakistan 44000. This policy explains what information this website collects, why, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
We collect information in three ways:
- The “Schedule a meeting” form. When you request a call we receive the details you type: your name, email address, company, preferred date, preferred time, timezone and the topic you want to discuss. The form sends this to us by email at info@nexlantic.com. It is the only form on the site; we have no accounts, logins or newsletter sign-ups.
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-2JZREWQJG6) to understand which pages are visited, how visitors arrive and roughly where they are. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses; it derives approximate location and then discards the address. Analytics also records device and browser type, referring page and the time of each visit.
- Server logs. Like any website, our hosting provider keeps standard access logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL and timestamp) for security and troubleshooting.
How we use it
- To respond to your meeting request, confirm a time and send a calendar invite.
- To understand how the website is used so we can improve its content and performance.
- To keep the website secure and to investigate abuse.
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.
Cookies and analytics choices
The only cookies set by this website come from Google Analytics 4 (for example _ga and _ga_*), which distinguish returning visitors and sessions. We set no advertising cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The website works without cookies.
Who we share information with
We share information only with the providers needed to run the site:
- Our email delivery provider, which relays meeting requests to our inbox.
- Google LLC, which processes analytics data on our behalf under its own terms.
- Our hosting provider, which stores and serves the website.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it or to protect our rights, our people or our clients.
How long we keep it
Meeting requests arrive as email and are kept for as long as we need them to respond to you and for our normal business records. Google Analytics data is retained for the retention period configured in our Google Analytics property. Server logs are rotated by our hosting provider on its standard schedule.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@nexlantic.com and we will reply within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under local law, including the right to complain to a supervisory authority.
Security
The website is served over HTTPS, access to our inbox is limited to the people who handle inquiries, and we keep the software behind the site up to date. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send confidential material through the form; we will arrange a secure channel once we are in touch.
Children
This website is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
When we change how the site handles information we will update this page and the date at the top. This version was last updated on November 4, 2026.
