ERP systems built around your operations, not the other way round

Nexlantic designs, builds and integrates ERP systems for growing companies: finance, inventory, purchasing, HR and production modules that share one set of data and fit the way your teams already work.

Designed around

  • IFRS and GAAP-ready ledgers
  • SOC 2 and ISO 27001 controls
  • GDPR and CCPA
  • SAML, OIDC and SCIM
  • EDI X12 and EDIFACT
Overview

Software built for the realities of ERP systems

An ERP system earns its keep when every department reads the same numbers. Orders, stock movements, purchase approvals, payroll and the general ledger belong on one data model with clear ownership of each record, so month-end stops being a reconciliation exercise and managers can trust a dashboard without calling three people to check it. We design that model first, then build or configure modules on top of it in the order that returns value fastest.

Most companies arrive with something already in place: an off-the-shelf ERP that does not cover a key process, a collection of departmental tools, or spreadsheets that have quietly become critical. Our work spans custom ERP platforms in .NET and React, extensions and integrations for SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, NetSuite and Odoo, and staged migrations that move one process at a time with reconciliation reports at every step. Hosting is on Azure or AWS with infrastructure defined as code.

Challenges

What makes building for ERP systems hard

The constraints we plan for before the first line of code.

  • Departments on different numbers

Sales, finance and warehouse each keep their own records, and the gaps are closed by email, re-keying and a monthly argument about which spreadsheet is right.

  • Packaged ERP does not fit the process

Standard modules force workarounds for the processes that make the business distinctive, and customizations pile up until upgrades become risky.

  • Integrations nobody owns

E-commerce, banks, carriers, payroll providers and suppliers all need data in and out; point-to-point scripts fail quietly and leave orders stuck.

  • Migration without stopping the business

Cutting over inventory, open orders and ledger balances has to happen while invoices go out and goods keep moving.

What we build

What we design and deliver for ERP systems

  • Finance and accounting

General ledger, accounts payable and receivable, multi-currency, multi-entity consolidation and audit trails on every posting.

  • Inventory and warehouse

Stock by location, lot and serial number, barcode receiving and picking, reorder points and cycle counts that keep quantities honest.

  • Purchasing and suppliers

Requisitions, approvals, purchase orders, goods receipt and three-way matching with supplier portals where they are useful.

  • Sales orders and billing

Quotes to orders to invoices with pricing rules, credit checks, fulfilment status and revenue recognition handled consistently.

  • HR and payroll

Employee records, leave, time and attendance, and payroll exports to the provider you use, with role-based access to sensitive data.

  • ERP integration and migration

APIs, event streams and connectors for SAP, Dynamics 365, NetSuite, Odoo, banks and carriers, plus staged data migration with reconciliation.

FAQ

ERP Systems questions, answered

Answers to what prospective clients in this sector ask first.

It depends on how distinctive your core processes are. Packaged products such as Dynamics 365, NetSuite or Odoo cover finance and standard operations well, and we often extend or integrate them. A custom platform makes sense when the process that differentiates your business does not fit any package, or when licensing for a large user base costs more than building. We assess both during discovery and recommend one.
