  • SOC 2 and ISO 27001 controls
  • SAML and OIDC single sign-on
  • WCAG 2.2
Overview

Software built for the realities of CRM systems

A CRM is only as good as the habits around it. If logging a call takes longer than the call, reps stop logging; if support cannot see what sales promised, customers repeat themselves. We design CRM systems around the real workflow of the people using them: capture from email, calendar and phone happens automatically, the next action is always obvious, and managers get pipeline and service reports without asking anyone to fill in a spreadsheet.

Our CRM work takes three shapes. Custom platforms built on Next.js, Node.js and PostgreSQL when a packaged product cannot model your sales or service process. Extensions and integrations for Salesforce, HubSpot and Dynamics 365 when the package fits but needs to connect to billing, inventory, telephony or a customer portal. And AI features such as lead scoring, call summaries and reply drafting, built with OpenAI or Claude models over your own data with consent and access rules in place.

Challenges

What makes building for CRM systems hard

The constraints we plan for before the first line of code.

  • Customer data scattered across tools

Leads in a marketing tool, deals in a spreadsheet, tickets in a help desk and invoices in accounting, so no one sees the whole relationship.

  • Low adoption by the sales team

Reps avoid a CRM that demands data entry and gives little back, leaving forecasts built on guesswork.

  • Packaged CRM that does not fit the process

Long sales cycles, partner channels, field service or regulated onboarding rarely map cleanly onto a standard pipeline.

  • Consent and outreach rules

GDPR, CCPA and anti-spam rules govern what you may store and send, and a CRM has to enforce them rather than rely on memory.

What we build

What we design and deliver for CRM systems

  • Sales pipeline and forecasting

Leads, opportunities, stages, quotes and activity tracking with forecasts built from real pipeline data.

  • Account and contact management

One record per customer with every conversation, document, order and ticket attached, and roles that control who sees what.

  • Customer portals

Self-service portals where customers view orders, raise requests, download documents and manage their own details.

  • Support desk and ticketing

Email, chat and phone requests routed into queues with SLAs, knowledge base articles and satisfaction tracking.

  • Marketing automation

Segments, sequences, consent management and campaign attribution connected to the pipeline, not a separate silo.

  • AI assistance and integration

Lead scoring, call and email summaries, reply drafting and connectors for Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365, telephony and billing.

FAQ

CRM Systems questions, answered

Answers to what prospective clients in this sector ask first.

Start with the process. If a packaged CRM can model your pipeline and service flow with configuration and a few integrations, extending it is usually faster and cheaper, and we do that work. A custom platform is the better choice when the process is genuinely different, when per-seat licensing for a large team becomes the dominant cost, or when the CRM is part of a product you sell. We compare both options during discovery.
