A CRM built around how your team actually sells and supports
Nexlantic builds CRM platforms that keep every lead, account, ticket and conversation in one place, automate the follow-ups, and connect to email, telephony and billing.

How we approach crm and customer platforms
A CRM platform has to serve two audiences at once: the people doing the selling and supporting, who need the next action in front of them with as little typing as possible, and the managers who need a forecast and a service picture they can trust. We design for the first audience and the second follows, because reports are only accurate when the data is captured as a side effect of real work rather than as homework.
Our builds pair a Next.js front end, including a mobile-friendly view for reps between meetings, with Node.js services for pipeline, activity, ticketing and automation, and PostgreSQL for accounts, contacts, consent and audit records. AWS hosts the platform with managed queues for email and telephony events. Integrations capture email and calendar activity automatically, sync quotes and payments with billing, and expose an API for marketing and reporting tools.
Modules this kind of system usually needs
Pipeline and deals
Configurable stages, weighted forecasts, quotes and next-step reminders, with views for reps, managers and finance.
Accounts and activity capture
Emails, meetings, calls and notes attached to the right account automatically from Gmail, Microsoft 365 and telephony.
Support desk
Tickets from email, chat and web forms routed into queues with SLAs, macros, a knowledge base and satisfaction surveys.
Customer portal
Self-service for orders, invoices, documents and requests, with single sign-on and branding per client where needed.
Automation and sequences
Follow-up sequences, task creation, lead routing and consent-aware campaigns triggered by pipeline and support events.
AI assistance
Lead scoring, call and email summaries and draft replies generated over your own data with OpenAI or Claude models.
How it is typically built
The structural decisions that keep the platform secure, observable and ready to grow.
- Next.js front end with server-rendered list views, a responsive layout for phones and keyboard shortcuts for heavy users
- Node.js services for pipeline, activity, ticketing and automation, communicating through managed queues for email and telephony events
- PostgreSQL with contact, consent and communication-preference tables enforced by the application, plus append-only audit logs
- AWS hosting with autoscaled containers, managed PostgreSQL, SQS queues and SES for outbound email with bounce and complaint handling
- Connectors for Gmail, Microsoft 365, telephony providers, billing systems and existing CRMs such as Salesforce or HubSpot during migration
- AI features built with OpenAI or Claude APIs over retrieval from the account record, with prompts and outputs logged for review

CRM and customer platforms: common questions
Yes. We export accounts, contacts, deals, activities and attachments through the provider's API, map them to the new model with your team, and load them in verified batches while the old system stays read-only for reference. Duplicate detection and consent records are handled in the migration rather than cleaned up afterwards.
The web app is designed for phones as well as desktops, so reps can log a call, update a deal or check an account between meetings without a separate app. Where offline use or push notifications matter, we add a React Native or Flutter app that shares the same services.
Consent and communication preferences are stored on the contact record with their source and date, every outbound email and SMS checks them before sending, unsubscribe links update them instantly, and exports for access or deletion requests come from one screen. The rules are enforced by the platform rather than by memory.
